Established in 1993 by principals Matthew and Daniel Tobin, UAP collaborates with Positive Solutions, artists, architects and a range of design professionals to deliver high quality creative outcomes.

Judith James Consultancy Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based consultancy which provides a wide range of services to the arts, using Judith James' specialist expertise in arts marketing as a foundation. Services include strategic planning, research, training and editorial services. Judith has been a team member on several Positive Solutions projects.
GHK
GHK is an international firm of economic, management and planning consultants. In Hong Kong they have led or been involved in all the recent strategic and sector studies including those in the cultural, tourism and recreation sectors. Recent experience includes the Consultancy Study on the Provision of Regional / District Cultural and Performance Facilities in Hong Kong (with Positive Solutions) and the Consultancy Study on Strategic Planning of Library Services and Feasibility of Corporatisation of Hong Kong's Public Libraries.
Brian Tucker Accounting
Brian Tucker Accounting is an arts based accounting, tax and audit practice. Established in 1980, they provide specialist and individualised service to practitioners and organisations working in all artforms across Australia. Services range from tax and GST returns, to grant and organisation audits to professional development workshops. Brian Tucker is a creative partner of Positive Solutions, and a director of building CREATIVE FUTURES, a joint initiative undertaken by Positive Solutions and Brian Tucker CPA.
