A comprehensive induction process for newly recruited SCAF Board members
Director David Fishel and QUT Philanthropy Manager Margo Powell have delivered a comprehensive induction for newly recruited board members. Last year Positive Solutions facilitated the recruitment process. As the region is poised to establish itself as a cultural destination, the SCAF will be tasked with securing resources to support and accelerate the development of the arts and creative sector. Positive Solutions is currently delivering an induction program for new board members, including support for fundraising issues and strategies, legal frameworks and board processes. This project builds upon our experience in supporting the earlier establishment of the Arts Advisory Board in 2016.
