Ipswich City Council is developing an Arts and Cultural Strategy to provide a 20-year vision for arts and culture that will help achieve the long-term goals of the City. With an agreed Arts and Cultural Strategy, Council will have a road map for developing the liveability of Ipswich, for investing in creative endeavour, and for celebrating and respecting our diverse communities. Positive Solutions – in partnership with The Maytrix Group – has been engaged to assist the City with the development of this strategy. It should take you approximately ten minutes to respond.
Over the past few months, the City has been consulting with numerous stakeholders, including those in the arts, cultural, and heritage sectors of Ipswich, to inform the strategy. We now want to hear more from the wider community. Your responses to the questions in this survey will help inform the priorities and strategies over the next five years which will be set out in the city’s Arts and Cultural Strategy. A discussion document has been prepared, which captures some of the key messages we heard during the consultation. This is an opportunity for you to connect with the project and influence an important aspect of Ipswich’s future development.
You are invited to review the discussion document and submit feedback through our online survey by Thursday 15th February, 2018. Your responses to the survey will be anonymous. The survey is designed for those 15 years and above.
You are encouraged to share this survey with your colleagues, your networks, and your friends and family.
