Positive Solutions was engaged to assist The Carrick Hill Trust Board with governance and organisational development to support the long-term health and sustainability of the organisation. Through this process advice was provided on how to reframe their Business Model ahead of planned major redevelopment for the historic house and gardens site considering precinct expansion and visitation.
