Positive Solutions is pleased to be assisting Coffs Harbour City Council in the development of a Cultural Strategic Plan for the region, as well as undertaking a feasibility study for exploring the role and benefits of a Performing Arts Centre (PAC).

This is a significant opportunity to develop a plan that recognises the central role of arts and culture to the Coffs Harbour region, fosters the vision of artists and creative industries, and guides future cultural investment and activity.
