About the webinar:

As the board member of a not-for-profit organisation you dedicate your time – often without financial recompense. As the CEO of a not-for-profit you devote time to servicing board meetings. But what is the ‘return on investment’ of these boards? How do we know if the board is adding value to the organisation? And do we really have to have a board – or are there other structures available to us?

Marking the launch of the fourth edition of The Book of the Board this special webinar brings experienced board members and governance experts Heather Watson and Steven Bowman in conversation with Positive Solutions Director, David Fishel.
